Any customer accepting the services through a charter booking with PITS WATERSPORTS assumes full responsibility in case of an accident on or off the boat, during the agreed tour.

PITS WATERSPORTS is not considered responsible in case of an accident during the use of equipment or during activities on or off the boat.

In the case of underage passengers, parents or guardians accompanying them during the tour are responsible for the children’s safety throughout the boat trip.

For any type of accident caused by reckless behavior of the customer or failure to follow the captain’s instructions, the customer accepts full responsibility.
