In case of adverse weather conditions, the captain – owner has the authority to decide whether:
Any agreed itinerary will be redesigned to provide maximum comfort and safety. The customer will be informed accordingly and in a timely manner.
The customer will be offered an alternative date for the originally selected tour.
If the boat tour cannot take place due to bad weather and cannot be rescheduled or modified, the full amount will be refunded (processing fees of 3% apply).
In case of cancellation by PITS WATERSPORTS, the full amount will be refunded.
If the customer does not show up on the boarding date, PITS WATERSPORTS is entitled to retain the full charter amount.
In case of cancellation by the customer for any reason less than 10 days before the tour, no refund is given.
In case of cancellation by the customer between the 11th and 29th day before the tour, 50% refund is given.
In case of cancellation by the customer more than 30 days before the tour, the full amount will be refunded (processing fees of 3% apply).
